Of couse it is best to get a major film or distribution deal, but that is just not always possible. It also does not always make sense to just give your stuff away or try to get pennies from distracting ads. So far I think the best service to get your own publishing done is Vimeo on Demand. Yes, unless you can come up with your own marking it is not going to make you mad money but it enables a place to professional distribute your work and still charge a resonable price. If you do not want to pay the annual Vimeo Pro price you can work with someone that does like me at B-Roll Films and we can get you film up and posted and see if we can create some income as well with a little marketing effort...
